Allison Brooks Janney, an American actress. She is well-known for her performance on the screen and stage, she has received various awards, including an Academy Award a British Academy Film Award and a Golden Globe Award and seven Primetime Emmy Awards, in addition to two nominations for Tony Awards. After spending almost twenty years in the regional theatre and on stage, actress Allison Janney became a household name playing White House press secretary C.J. Gregg in The West Wing (1999-2006) the acclaimed and popular television drama. Allison Janney always has been late to the party. She took a whole time longer than Ohio classmates to get a driving license. Following her graduation from the university and had her first date, it was not a reality. Her audition started at the age of 23, but she didn't get her screen debut until in her mid-twenties, even though she was an ongoing character since. Janney has worn a hairpiece throughout her time on the show since the beginning. The show's producers did not have to worry. Fallon revealed: "I told Fallon that Janney was wearing a wig from season 1 however, no one knew of it. Then, everybody knows." Janney is hoping to bring her wig back with her. As per reports the actress earned $125,000 or more per episode in the first seasons. Faris is believed to have earned $200,000 from each episode of the series by season three or four.
